Rich and Ginger Jorgensen
are planting churches in Niger Republic,
West Africa inside the 10/40 window.  We are ministering among the
Hausa people who are Muslims.  We go into unreached Hausa villages
and evangelize by sitting under a shade tree and preaching the love of
Jesus Christ to the crowd that gathers.  We disciple new believers both
in their villages on a weekly basis and in a one-year discipleship training
school.  We also have a one-year leadership training school raising up
Hausa pastors so that they can reach their own people.  We buy land in
the evangelized villages and construct church buildings.  We also have a
monthly pastors' meeting where our village pastors gather and we encourage
them with Bible teachings and prayer.  We are involved in literacy schools
so that the believers can read the Bible for themselves.  We also take part
in some famine relief and medical aid.

In 1997 Rich and Ginger Jorgensen along with their sons Andrew and Philip
were sent out from the Tabernacle Church in Laurel, Maryland under the
leadership and blessings of their pastors Jack and Jean Coleman.  They
went to Niger Republic, West Africa to minister in a Muslim land located in
the 10/40 window and have worked directly under Ron and Jerry Childs who
are the directors of the ministry Eglise Vie Abondante which is a church
planting ministry in Niger.  In 2000 Rich was ordained by Elim Fellowship
located in Lima, New York.  Their ministry from the start in 1997 has been
to plant churches in unreached Hausa villages, disciple the new believers,
and raise up leaders, facilitate literacy schools in villages, and help in some
famine relief and medical aid.
